Alleged Grandma Killer Marries 87 Year Old Woman

Though we at Wedding Heckler are not ones to judge couples (you know, unless we don't like them. Then it's fair game) but a recently married couple in Bridgeport, Connecticut did raise our interest. An 87-year-old woman, Radmila Dobrijevickan, married 49-year-old man,Frank Czumalowski, this past week. The age difference is enough to weird out some people. But this isn't your normal couple. The groom has a questionable past with elderly women. Police say he bludgeoned his grandmother and great aunt to death 30 years ago and buried them under their beloved rose garden. He was found not guilty for reasons of insanity and stayed at a state mental facility for six years. He continued his questionable life that includes a conviction for molesting his then 12 year old step-daughter. He is currently in jail for two and a half years for violating his probation in the molestation case. The new bride has vowed to wait for her husband. (Isn't 2 1/2 years about 20 years in old people time? We can never remember the conversion on that...) She testified in front of a judge about his character. "He didn't want to kill a bug on the porch, I had to use my velvet slipper to kill the bug," she said. "He is a very unlucky person, I hope I will have a good life with him." We hope she is still of this Earth when he is released around her 90th birthday.
