Off Duty Cop Attacked At Reception
We can't explain most of the things people do at weddings. (You know, things like Grandma getting drunk and dancing on the buffet table...not like that happened to us or anything...) An off-duty police officer was attacked in Chicago over the weekend during his stint as a security guard at the reception. (What types of receptions need security? Either that's one strict guest list or you are Brangelina) The scuffle was allegedly involving two cousins Jason and George Terrell. They were charged with battery allegedly beating and choking the officer. The police chief Tim McCarthy said employees at the country club directed the officer to the women's restroom where Jason Terrell was allegedly urinating on the floor. Jason reportedly then pushed the officer against a wall, at which point the officer announced Terrell was under arrest, McCarthy said. Then at least six people attacked the officer. Jason's side of the story is that the men's bathroom was closed so he used the women's restroom. Alright. Fine. Sure. We believe you...
